Del s\u00f8tpoteten i terninger. 350 gram tilsvarer ca. 1 stor s\u00f8tpotet. Det er ingen krise for oppskriften om den veier litt mer eller mindre. 2. Kok s\u00f8tpotetterningene m\u00f8re. Det tar omtrent 15 minutter. 3. Sett ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader 4. Mos de m\u00f8re s\u00f8tpotetterningene til en stappe. Bland inn egg, krydder, olje og lys glutenfri melblanding og r\u00f8r godt. Om du ikke har behov for at pizzaen er glutenfri kan du bruke vanlig siktet hvetemel. 5. Sm\u00f8r s\u00f8tpotetdeigen utover p\u00e5 bakepapir slik at bunnen er ca. 1 cm. tykk. 6. Stek pizzabunnen p\u00e5 over og undervarme til den er t\u00f8rket ut og den begynner \u00e5 bli litt brun i kantene. Det tar 15-20 minutter, avhengig av ovnen. La bunnen avkj\u00f8le seg litt f\u00f8r du har p\u00e5 fyllet. Denne er laget som en hvit pizza med ost, sopp og serranoskinke, men det er bare smak og fantasi som setter grenser for hva som kan brukes som topping. 7. Sm\u00f8r cr\u00e8me fra\u00eech utover , og str\u00f8 over ost, r\u00f8dl\u00f8k og skivet champinion. 8. Sett pizzaen tilbake i ovnen og stek den i 5-6 minutter, til osten er gyllen. 9.
